Guest names – for table plans, place cards and addressed invites only

The Oxford Calligrapher will only request information that is relevant to your order and required to complete your order. All information is confidential and only used by The Oxford Calligrapher and if necessary our printing supplier.

The Oxford Calligrapher will use information for internal record keeping and to follow up with requests.

The Oxford Calligrapher may use your email address to send you information on promotions and new products if you have signed up to the mailing list.

If you have signed up to our mailing list we will hold your data indefinitely, until you request to be removed, which may be done at any time. In this instance, we will remove your information from our systems within 7 days.

You may request to see any information that we hold regarding yourself at any point under the Data Protection Act (1998). The Oxford Calligrapher will not share your information with any third party.
