Mastering Modern Calligraphy Course - Online Delivery

1. Course Registration:

1.1 By registering for the Mastering Modern Calligraphy course, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

1.2 Registration is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment of the course fee or upon entering into the payment plan provided.

2. Course Fee:

2.1 The course fee is non-refundable once participants have accessed the online course materials or participated in any live sessions.

2.2 Payment must be made in full prior to accessing any course materials or attending live sessions.

2.3 Alternatively, participants may opt for the 6-monthly payment plan, where the course fee is divided into six equal instalments.

2.4 Participants opting for the payment plan must provide a valid credit card or payment method, which will be charged automatically for each instalment on a monthly basis.

2.5 You agree that you are bound by payment processor's terms and conditions of use.

3. Course Format:

3.1 The Mastering Modern Calligraphy course will be delivered online through a combination of pre-recorded materials and live sessions.

3.2 Participants are responsible for ensuring they have access to the necessary technology and internet connection to participate in the course.

3.3 The course materials will be drip fed into the course member area throughout the course. Each module's materials will be available to access at the beginning of the week as timetabled.

3.4 The course will begin officially on Monday 4th March. At this point, you will have access to the introductory section and part of Module 1.

4. Intellectual Property:

4.1 All course materials, including pre-recorded videos, handouts, and instructional content, are the intellectual property of the course instructor, The Oxford Calligrapher.

4.2 Participants agree not to reproduce, distribute, or sell any course materials under any circumstances.

4.3 Participants agree to tag The Oxford Calligrapher in photographs of any worksheets or other course material shared on social media.

5. Participant Conduct:

5.1 Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner during live sessions and when interacting with course materials.

5.2 Any behaviour deemed disruptive or inappropriate by the instructor may result in immediate expulsion from the course without refund.

6. Liability:

6.1 The course instructor shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by participants during the Mastering Modern Calligraphy course, whether online or offline.

6.2 Participants are responsible for their own health and safety while participating in live sessions and accessing course materials online.

7. Governing Law:

7.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

7.2 Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
